Yes, we have a limited amount of handicapped parking near the front entrance.
We work very closely with the LA State Fire Marshall to ensure that all guest areas are accessible by wheelchairs, strollers, and other mobile devices. Please understand, however, that Reindeer Trails is a trail in the woods and there may be some areas that might be tougher than others to maneuver around. If you find any of those areas during your visit, please let us know and we will work to improve that area. Thanks!
Sadly, no, you will not find live reindeer within our park. The south is simply too hot for reindeer to find habitable. You may however spot an occasional white-tailed deer while visiting as they are on the surrounding property.
We love animals, but for everyone's safety and comfort, pets are not allowed at the park. Service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines, but emotional support animals are not permitted. Thanks for understanding!
Not at all! You're welcome to buy tickets at the gate. But buying online is quicker and gets you through the entrance faster—no waiting in line!
Yes, the restroom facilities are located near the entrance of the park.
Yes! Visits with Santa and photo opportunities are completely free—just bring your camera or phone and snap away!
Outside food and drinks aren’t allowed, but we do have food and beverages available for purchase inside the park.
